Borage Cough Syrup

½ cup of fresh borage leaves (or ¼ cup of dried)
½ cups of water
2 cups of liquid honey
juice of 2 lemons

Method:

Place borage leaves in blender along with the water.

Blend until mixture is of a smooth consistency.

Place in an enamel pan and add the honey.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add the juice from 2 lemons.

Take 1-2 tablespoons as needed for coughs.
